Who is the special residents and neighbours offer for?
The offer is intended for residents and neighbours near locations participating in the special residents programme.
How much is the residents rate?
The special monthly residents rate is EUR 49.
When does the special residents rate apply?
On weekdays from 17:00 to 08:00, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 00:00 to 24:00.
What if I park outside the residents rate hours?
Outside the stated hours, parking is charged at the applicable rates.
At which locations is the neighbours and residents offer available?
The offer applies at participating locations, including Cibona – Tehnički muzej and Gradišćanska 6.
How do I apply for the residents rate?
To apply, send an enquiry using the “Pošalji upit” (Send enquiry) form on the website.
What details do I need to provide when applying?
Complete the application form with your first name, surname, address, vehicle registration number, phone number and email address. First name, surname and email address are required.
Is the residents rate linked to my vehicle registration number?
The residents rate is linked to your vehicle registration number.
How do I enter and leave after activation?
Once the residents rate is activated, entry and exit use the ANPR system, which automatically recognises your vehicle’s number plate.
What should I do if the system does not recognise my number plate?
If there is a problem, contact customer support using the available channel at the location.
How long is the residents rate valid?
The residents rate is monthly. The exact start and expiry of the period must be confirmed.
Can I cancel the residents rate?
Simply do not renew your current residents rate when it expires. There is no obligation to renew.
What if I change my vehicle or registration number?
Changing your vehicle does not affect access: even if the other vehicle’s number plate is not in the system, you can enter with your subscription card.
