3.2 By parking a vehicle in a public parking area, the user concludes a contract with the parking operator for the use of that public parking area.
3.3 A public parking area is an area intended for vehicle parking and arranged as a separate outdoor car park.
3.4 The user of a parking area (hereinafter: user) is the driver who parks a vehicle in a parking space, or the vehicle owner recorded under the vehicle’s registration number in the relevant records of the ministry responsible for internal affairs or other appropriate official records.
3.5 The user also includes a lessee given use of a vehicle under a leasing transaction, or a renter given use of a vehicle under a rental agreement by a person conducting a registered car rental business.
3.6 The contract referred to in paragraph 2 of this Article excludes safekeeping of the vehicle and liability for its disappearance, destruction or damage, unless otherwise provided by law.

4.1 Vehicles must not be parked in a manner that obstructs other car park users, blocks an entrance or exit, or creates an obstacle within the parking area.
4.2 The user uses the car park at their own risk.
4.3 A car park user whose vehicle is stationary within the parking area must switch off the engine.
Article 5.

8.3 Users leave items in vehicles at their own risk, and the parking operator is not liable for their disappearance.
MEASUREMENT, CALCULATION AND PAYMENT OF THE SERVICE
Article 9.
9.1 Parking charges apply to all users throughout the calendar year, from 00:00 to 24:00.
9.2 Parking charges are shown in the price list displayed at the car park entrance, on the noticeboard and on the parking operator’s official website.
9.3 Parking ticket types are hourly, full-day and monthly.
9.4 A full-day parking ticket is valid from the time of issue until the same time on the following day (24 hours).
9.5 A monthly parking ticket is valid for 30 days from renewal. If renewed before its expiry, the new period is calculated from the expiry of the current ticket rather than the payment date.
9.6 After an hourly, full-day or monthly ticket expires, the user pays a charge by corresponding application of the hourly ticket payment provisions.
9.7. Short-stay parking charges are calculated according to the current price list for the specific car park and the time and duration of parking. Where an hourly tariff applies, each started hour is charged as a full hour. Daily rates and any cap on the total charge apply only under the price-list rules for that car park.
9.8. Payment methods for hourly and daily parking depend on the specific car park and are indicated at the car park or in the service offer. They may include automatic payment machines and Autopay where that service is available and activated for the user. Monthly tickets may be paid at automatic payment machines or through the company’s transaction account, with an R1 invoice issued.
9.9 Users are advised not to leave parking tickets in their vehicles, damage them, or keep them near mobile or electrical devices or heat sources.
9.10 Users must pay for hourly parking before leaving the car park. After
payment, users must leave the car park immediately.
9.11 If a user does not leave within 10 minutes of payment, a new parking hour is deemed to have begun and must be paid for.
9.12 Short-stay users receive a parking card on entry and have a FREE exit period. This applies to taxis and/or delivery vehicles.
– Parking Radnička – 0 min
– Parking Cibona – 10 min
– Parking Zavrtnica – 10 min
– Parking Branimirova – 10 min
9.13 Monthly users must use the same monthly card to register each entry and exit.
9.14 Monthly parking tickets for individuals renewed at an automatic payment machine must be renewed while the vehicle is inside the car park.
9.15 After a monthly parking ticket expires, entry using the monthly card is possible. The user is granted 3 (three) free hours in the car park to renew the ticket at an automatic payment machine. After those three free hours, a full-day parking ticket is charged.
Article 10.
10.1 The parking operator reserves the right to limit the number of monthly tickets available for purchase at individual car parks.
Article 11.
11.1 If any type of parking ticket is lost, the user must report the loss to the parking operator as soon as they become aware of it.
11.2 A lost hourly parking ticket costs EUR 50. If the charge for hourly use of the car park exceeds EUR 50, the hourly parking charge for the established actual duration of use is also payable. No refund is possible once payment has been made.
Article 12.
12.1 Car parks are under video surveillance to protect people and property. CCTV recordings are retained for 14 days.
12.2 Authorised persons and competent state authorities have access to the CCTV system and recordings within their legally defined responsibilities.
